About Stephanie
Stephanie Banks is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a deep passion for helping individuals, families, and young women navigate life's most challenging seasons.
With years of clinical experience in behavioral health and Christian counseling, Stephanie founded Beyond Me Family Care & Counseling, LLC with a singular mission: to create a safe, faith-centered space where healing is not just possible — it is expected.
Stephanie specializes in reunification therapy, substance abuse professional (SAP) evaluations and follow-up care, emotional literacy, and trauma-informed support for survivors of domestic violence. Her approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based therapeutic practices with the timeless wisdom of Christian faith.
As the author of The Inner Workings of a Fatherless Daughter, Stephanie brings both personal insight and professional expertise to the unique challenges faced by young women who have grown up without a father figure. This program has become a cornerstone of her work — empowering women and adolescents to heal, reclaim their identity, and step boldly into their purpose.
