At Beyond Me Family Care and Counseling, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties. We encourage individuals to communicate effectively in order to experience an abundant living.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Beyond Me aims to help people overcome mental, emotional, and spiritual issues by integrating evidence-based methodologies that are effective in transforming debilitating interpersonal and intrapersonal issues causing mental, emotional, and spiritual discord. The organization believes that transcending the egoic self is the key to achieving this goal.

Prior to therapy, I was not feeling like myself and knew something was wrong. Stephanie Banks helped me navigate through a lot of my past traumas. I went through a lot of life changing events that altered the way I saw myself. Some of which I thought I was over. Just unconsciously tucked them away in the back of my mind.
